These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made from Pixel Flooring ("we", "us", "our").
By placing an order, the customer ("you", "your") agrees to the following terms:
1.Product Information
Visual Guidance
Product colours, textures, and images are for guidance only. Natural variations may occur.
Batch Variations
Natural variations may occur between different production batches.
Your Responsibility
Accurate measurements and ordering sufficient material, including 5–10% wastage.
2.Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received
All orders processed on a proforma payment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices and availability may change until order confirmation
Stock levels are dynamic; confirmation based on current availability
3.Delivery Terms
3.1Delivery Timeframe
Standard UK: 3–7 working days
Remote areas (AB, IV, GY, HS, JE, KW, PA, PH, ZE) may experience longer times and additional charges
3.2Delivery Method
Kerbside only using pallet networks
Drivers do not enter property or carry items indoors
3.3Your Responsibility
You must ensure:
- • Someone is present to receive goods
- • Additional help available for heavy items
- • Delivery location is safe and accessible
3.4Missed Deliveries
Redelivery charges may apply if:
- • No one available at address
- • Location inaccessible/unsafe
- • Incomplete instructions
3.5Limitations
Not responsible for:
- • Carrier/weather delays
- • Site restrictions
- • Customer unpreparedness
4.Inspection on Delivery
Immediate Inspection
Inspect goods upon arrival
48 Hour Reporting
Report visible damages within 48 hours with photos
⚠️ Important: Installation of goods indicates acceptance and voids damage claims
5.Returns & Cancellations
✓ Eligible Returns
- • Unopened & unused
- • Original packaging
- • Within 30 days
Fee: 20% restocking + transport costs
Timeframe: 5–10 working days after approval
✗ Non-Returnable
- • Opened boxes
- • Installed/cut/used flooring
- • Clearance/promotional items
- • Special/custom orders
Cancellation Policy
Standard orders: Cannot cancel once dispatched
Custom orders: Cannot cancel at any stage
6.Defective Goods
If goods are proven defective after inspection, we will:
Arrange Replacement
Refund Defective Portion
All defect checks performed through professional expert assessment
7.Warranty
✓ All products come with manufacturer-backed warranty
Warranty does NOT cover:
Note: Installed flooring is deemed accepted
8.Customer Responsibilities

9. Limitation of Liability
Pixel Flooring is not liable for:
- • Consequential/indirect losses
- • Installation or fitting costs
- • Loss of profit/revenue
- • Site delays or labour issues
- • Delays beyond our control
Liability limited to goods value
10. Force Majeure
Not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control:
11. Amendments
Pixel Flooring reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place your order will apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. All disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England & Wales.
